Delivery Policy

Delivery Time 

The product will be delivered between 09:00- 18:00 on business days. There may be no deliveries available on weekends or public holidays.

 

Delivery Estimates

Ortus Office Supplies makes every effort to deliver your order within 3-14 working days (excludes weekends and public holiday) in West Malaysia, once the product is shipped out of the warehouse. Ortus Office Supplies is not liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that delay the delivery, such as: flight delays, adverse weather conditions, or congestion. Should these situations arise we will try our best to notify you of the delay and inform you of the earliest estimated delivery date.

 

Upon Received of the Product

All Ortus Office Supplies products are in perfect condition and sealed at the Warehouse before they are shipped to you. Please check the external condition of the product/box to see if there are any signs of damage, or if the product has been opened during transit. If you are concerned about the condition of the product, please do not sign to accept the delivery. Simply hand it back to the courier and we will replace the items for you. Please note that it will take a few days for us to arrange a redelivery. If the product in the box is damaged or missing when you open the product, please contact Ortus Office Supplies Hotline at +603-6272 0159/+6010-268 6202 to get further assistance.

 

Wrong Delivery Address or products received by somebody else

Once the order has been shipped, we don’t allow changing of the delivery address. You may contact our delivery partners for product self-collection. In the case of an order has been delivered to an incorrect address, or cannot be delivered, we will inform you by email. Our delivery agents will hold the product for 7 days, and you may contact Ortus Office Supplies or the delivery agents to arrange for a redelivery. If you do not contact us within 7 days, the product will be returned to Ortus Office Supplies and we will refund to your account with store credit.
